How long does it take from the time I sign a Franchise Agreement until I open?

While this depends on many factors such as finding the perfect location, developing plans and receiving permits, the process is typically 10 to 12 months.

How much does a franchise cost?

The cost depends on a large number of factors such as location, leases, buildout costs and incentives that we may receive to build a Flour Power. We will discuss this on our initial call with you.

What characteristics make a successful franchise owner?

Hardworking individuals who work well with others and understand the importance of following a system of policies and rules for small business success within a franchise system. Our best success stories are Studio Owners who work in their studios full time as Owner/Operators and provide outstanding customer service. Our best franchisees are those who lead their staff by example!

What kind of training do you offer?

Training begins DAY ONE! We have a proven “Stages and Phases” program that begins as soon as someone signs a franchise agreement! We have broken down the onboarding process into stages. In addition, we provide an initial 40 hour hands on training program in our corporate offices in Wake Forest, NC and in the studios since we believe in hands on learning for our Franchise Owners. All of this is followed by ongoing training and support, and weekly webinars with a member of our Leadership Team for months after opening. The learning never ends!

What kind of support will I receive as a Franchise owner?

Great question! We are here to support you, to guide you, and to continue training you! We often host webinars and owner meetings in Wake Forest, NC to continue to talk about marketing, the latest trends in IT, and so much more! We believe in open communication with our Franchise Owners and seeing you be successful!

Do you help me find a location?

Our franchise leadership team members provide general site selection criteria and guidance in the selection of a great location for each market. The team helps with lease negotiations as well!

What types of locations fit into Flour Power site criteria?

The ideal size range for a Flour Power Franchise is generally 1600 to 1800 square feet. However, smaller or larger studios are an option. Flour Power studios are usually located in neighborhood and community shopping centers, and mixed use retail centers. The optimal area typically has a strong residential population within five miles. We recommend good street visibility and presence as well as good ingress and egress.

How much money can I make?

Since the actual results of individual franchise locations are based on many factors that are not within the leadership team’s control, we do not provide estimates of revenues or profits. However, after talking with our Leadership Team and reviewing the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), you will have the opportunity to contact our existing franchisees regarding their experiences.

How many team members do I need at a Flour Power studio?

Flour Power recommends 9-12 team members on staff.
